Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — we offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Your trial begins immediately upon registration and provides full access to all platform features.
What happens when the trial ends?
You'll have a 7-day grace period to upgrade to a subscription before your account is locked. We retain your data for 90 days after account lock, giving you time to return and reactivate your account.
How much does MaintainXtra cost?
We offer flexible monthly subscription plans based on your portfolio size:
- Basic Plan: Up to 5 properties, 3 technicians
- Standard Plan: Up to 15 properties, 10 technicians
- Premium Plan: Up to 50 properties, 25 technicians
All plans include unlimited maintenance requests, QR code generation, email notifications, and comprehensive reporting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

You'll retain full access to your account until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export purposes, then is securely deleted after 90 days.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, all monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
What happens if my payment fails?
The system will attempt to process your payment multiple times. You'll receive email notifications about payment issues. If payment continues to fail, your account will be locked after the grace period, but your data will be preserved for 90 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
